Ok so I move back to my home town and should be working at a "supposedly" awesome job in the web hosting industry. To tell you the truth the only good thing was the benefits which were never used. The company Advanced Internet Technologies has caused me more grief and sanity then any other job experince ever. My previous jobs as a telemarketer, restaurant cashier, server and a military interviewer were not nearly as stressful as this son on a motherless goat.

Just a few months ago they layed off almost 60% of the company. Out of all the people there I was the newest and least trained (because they dont believe in real training) and I believe I shouldve been the first to go, but I made it through only because I was on 3rd shift which absolutely NO ONE wants to work. About 3 months later they decide to fire all the new trainees and some veteran employees. They could find a good reason to fire me and didnt want it to look like a lay-off so guess what happened? They turn the story around on an issue that happens prior to this. Well, I was working a weekend shift alone downtown of all areas and some of our major production servers just die. Since they had fired almost all system administrators my shift was the ONLY one that did not even have a partial staff. Im a T2 and we needed an T4 and networker. Called all admins on call and even the supervisor.

Called and called for hours, possibly my entire shift and none decided to answer their phones, but they had energy to hang up on me or send me to voicemail. My supervisor comes that morning and basically tries to make me feel like a pice of whale sperm, and he couldnt take the fact that he knows I called. I get written up for their screw-up in the end and what was thier excuse?! Because I didnt get ahold of someone when it was down. ROFLMAO!! ....**sigh** So any way I get fired for something I tried and those corporate egotistical Bastards decide to pull a powerplay on me. Its all good now becuse I work in a 8 story apartment complex as the the HEAD networker. booyah! So Josh Wilke and especially MIKE ROBERTS can go suck a huge one because their definitley are lacking somewhere.
